Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you share through this website and by email. Last updated October 2026.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, organization, the service and languages you selected, your deadline and your message. Files you send by email are handled under the same terms.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you hire me, deliver the work and send invoices. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form messages arrive in my email inbox. Project files are kept on encrypted drives and in an encrypted cloud backup.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted after 12 months. Project files are deleted 24 months after delivery, unless you ask me to keep them longer.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without tracking you across other websites. No advertising cookies are used.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. I will respond within 30 days.
